Tribal Mischief Productions is honored to bring you "Grooving Forward: Vol 1" ... musicians supporting The SAMFund and the Andrea Coller Memorial Award.

The SAMFund: The SAMFund is the only organization in the US specifically designed to help young adults recover from the financial impact of cancer. By providing direct financial assistance as well as online and in-person support, The SAMFund gives survivors the tools and resources to be able to move forward with their lives after cancer treatment. In eight years of providing grants, The SAMFund has distributed nearly $750,000.

Andrea Coller Memorial Award: Andrea Coller was an incredibly talented singer-songwriter and published author who beat Hodgkins lymphoma three times. She was a published author and winner of Glamor Magazine's non-fiction essay award in 2008 (link below). Roughly six months after she performed at a benefit concert for The SAMFund, she lost her fourth bout with cancer on April 30, 2008 at the age of 29. The SAMFund established the Andrea Coller Memorial Award in 2009. Andrea's family assists in choosing the Award's recipient.

Tribal Mischief Productions: Ethan Scott Baird and Jake Bush have been musical partners as co-frontmen of the band Pesky J. Nixon since 2005. Along the way, they have continued to find new and innovative ways to build community, support their fellow musicians and help worthy causes.

ALL proceeds from Grooving Forward will be split evenly between the Andrea Coller Memorial Award and The SAMFund. Tribal Mischief, The SAMFund and Andrea's family thank you sincerely for supporting these causes.
